Preparation And Usage
Care Instructions
Before using your pan for the first time, wash and lightly oil inner coating with cooking oil.
To preserve the non-stick coating:
Avoid overheating your empty pan,
Never heat fat or oil to the extent that it burns and turns black
Some pans, especially those of small diameter and/or lightweight construction, may become less stable when used on some designs of gas hob. In such circumstances it may be advisable to use a gas ring reducer or trivet support. Handles and knobs may loosen after a time due to the continual heating and cooling of the fixing. If this occurs carefully re-tighten using an appropriate screwdriver, but do not over tighten.
Most metal utensils may be used, except knives and whisks. Avoid using sharpedged utensils. Slight surface marks or abrasions are normal and will not affect the performance of the non-stick coating.
Cleaning Instructions:
Clean the inner and outer coating of your pan with hot water, washing up liquid and a sponge (Do not use metal scouring pads, abrasive wire wool or harsh scouring powder.)

If placed in the dishwasher, the outer coating may become dulled and discoloured due to the action of certain detergents. Our guarantee does not cover this type of wear.
