Tan Y Castell Bakery is the creation of Paul and Linda Mear, who started the company over 20 years ago from the family farm at the foot of the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Paul insisted on using only the finest ingredients to produce quality products which has seen Tan Y Castell Bakery receive many prestigious awards over the years. This is in recognition of all the team's hard work and their passion for producing products that showcase the best of Wales.
