Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Caution: After cooking leave tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Beware of escaping steam when removing film.
Handle carefully to avoid scalding.
Stir well and ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. (800W): Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place tray on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Cook for a further 2 minutes.; Oven cook - From Frozen. (200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6): Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 35 minutes into cooking time, peel back film lid, add 2 dessert spoons of water and stir rice, re-cover. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
