(200°C/Fan 180ºC/Gas 6): Pre-heat oven. Remove outer packing and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 30 minutes into cooking time, peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Cook for a further 15 minutes.
