Stir well and ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. (800W): Remove outer packaging. Place tray on a microwaveable plate, pierce film lid several times, cook on full power for 3 minutes, stir, cook a further 3 minutes.; Oven cook - From Frozen. (200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6): Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid several times, place tray on baking tray in centre of preheated oven. Cook for 35 minutes, stir, cook for further 10 minutes.
