Cook for a further 3 minutes.; Oven cook - From Frozen. (200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6): Pre-heat oven. Remove outer packing and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 25 minutes into cooking time, peel back film lid, stir ensuring all chicken is covered in sauce and re-cover. Cook for a further 15 minutes.
