Usage and Preservation of Spring Roll Pastry
1. Take a packet of Spring Roll Pastry out of freezer and allow to defrost until soft (approx. 30-60 minutes)
2. Remove the Spring Roll Pastry from the packet and peel of each sheet of pastry as you use it. Keep the rest of the pastry covered with a clean damp cloth to prevent from drying out.
3. Place any unused pastry in a plastic bag and seal tightly before storing back in the freezer.
