Keep Frozen

Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Remove a packet of Paratha from the freezer (Do not defrost as this may make dough too sticky). Peel the plastic layers from a Paratha and place on a preheated non-stick frying pan. Gently moving Paratha around the pan and turning occasionally for 1-2 minutes on each side until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
