Cassava Fries Recipe:
1. Boil Cassava for 25 minutes. Cut into long length pieces.
2. Deep fry in medium hot cooking oil for 3-4 minutes until slightly brown.
3. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper & lemon juice to taste, and serve.

Hob - From Frozen. 1. Bring 4 cups of water to boil.
2. Add content to boiling water. Cook 30 minutes or until tender. Add salt and lemon.
3. Drain and serve.
