Oven cook - From Frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Remove all packaging and place the fish carefully onto a wire rack. Place the wire rack onto a baking tray and place carefully in the centre of the pre-heated oven. Oven from frozen in a pre-heated oven 220ºC/425ºF/Gas mark 7 for 20-22 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
