Cooking Instructions - General. (For best results cook from frozen); Deep Fry - From Frozen. Preheat oil to 175ºC.
Place Tender Strips into a cooking basket then fry for 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Place Tender Strips on a non-stick baking tray. Cook in centre of oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
