Microwave - From Chilled. Remove from packaging and casing and place in a microwave dish. Heat on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds (800W), 1 minute 20 seconds (900W). These times are for cooking the whole pack. As all cooking appliances vary these are guidelines and you may need to adjust the times above according to the manufacturer's handbook.
