Our Shicken® story began at the kitchen table, after we had spent years developing our unique plant-based Shicken pieces to be as close a match to the meat alternative as possible. One crazy evening in lockdown, we decided to finally open up our kitchen and start sharing our family recipes - supported by our team of chief tasters (the kids!) and the hard-working packing team (our dedicated parents).

Our vision was simple - to offer vegan alternatives to your favourite meat-based foods, allowing more people to enjoy a plant-based diet without sacrificing taste, texture and most importantly, the enjoyment of delicious Asian inspired dishes.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Kebabs can also be cooked in an air-fryer or on a BBQ.
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 15 mins: Preheat oven, remove all packaging mins and place the skewered kebabs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 15 minutes, turn once half way through cooking.
After heating
Ensure centre of the kebab reaches minimum of 70°C for 2 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
