Oven cook - From Chilled. Oven 25-30 minutes. 180°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 4.
- Remove all packaging.
- Place on a baking tray and pour 1 table spoon of water over diced chicken breast. Cover with foil and cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C (Fan 170°C) for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil approximately 10 minutes before end of the cooking time.
- Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue to cook for a few minutes and retest.
