Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing; Cannot be cooked from Frozen; Cannot be Microwaved

Oven cook - From Chilled. 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hrs. 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas mark 4.
- Remove all packaging. Pre heat oven and frying pan.
- Heat 5ml of vegetable oil in pan, add meat and approximately 500g of sliced root vegetables.
- Cook until meat is golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer to a heatproof casserole dish, add 600ml of water, season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and place in a preheated oven for 1½-2½ hrs. Remove from stock and serve.
