Cannot be cooked from Frozen; Cannot be Microwaved; Keep Refrigerated

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6-10 minutes.
Medium/High heat.
- Remove all packaging & allow meat to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Lightly brush both sides of the steaks with oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Fry in a very hot dry heavy based pan over a high heat for 1 minute on each side to seal in the juices.
- Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes each side (rare), 3 minutes each side (medium) or 4 minutes each side (well done).
- Remove the steak from the pan and allow to rest in a warm place for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the cooking juices over the steak and serve immediately.
