Ready in 3 simple steps
1 Add 600g of your chosen protein or veg to a bowl. Pierce protein all over with a fork.
2 Pour all the contents of pouch over the protein or veg, cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for 30 mins.
3 Cook in air fryer at 190°C for 10-15 mins or pre-heated oven at 190°C for 15-20 mins until cooked through.
Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
As appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave use.

Top tips:
- For best results marinate for 24 hours.
- When using grill or BBQ, hold back approx 1/4 pouch and baste with brush throughout cooking.
