1 Add 1 measure of mix with 3-4 tbsp cooking oil and 1/2 measure water to form a smooth batter.
2 Grease square/round baking tray/plate with little oil. Pour equal quantities (more than 1 inch) in each tray/plate to obtain required thickness and proper puffing of the Khaman Dhoklas.
3 Steam the batter on medium to high flame for 15 minutes or use microwave oven and steam the batter for 6 minutes using a microwave safe vessel.
