Brand Marketing
Albert Bartlett worked as a basket weaver on Clydeside in the 1940's. To help support his growing family, he started up a little enterprise selling beetroot, boiled up in an old tin bath in the garden shed. In 1948 that little enterprise officially became Albert Bartlett & Sons. The business sold its beetroot under the Scotty Brand name and went on to supply other fruit and vegetables. Albert's values of hard work and honest endeavour live on in the family company today and we continue to bring you the best tasting food from Scotland.
