800W - Cook on full power: 71/2 mins
Stand for: 1 min
900W - Cook on full power: 7 mins
Stand for: 1 min; Oven cook - From Frozen. Remove from packaging and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 40 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust temperature accordingly.
