Our Recipe...
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs Schwartz Tikka Curry Spice Blend
3 tbs oil
100g (4oz) Greek yoghurt
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1. Whisk lemon juice, Tikka Spice Blend, oil and yoghurt. Add chicken and coat thoroughly.
2. Cover and marinate for 30 mins, or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat grill to medium, thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 8-9 mins on each side until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
2-4 Servings
Top Tips...
For a chicken tikka masala add chopped tomatoes, double cream and Schwartz Tikka Curry Spice Blend to cooked chicken tikka pieces.

Our recipe... 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tbs Schwartz Tikka Curry Spice Blend 3 tbs light olive oil 100g (4oz) Greek yoghurt 450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed 25g (1oz) butter, melted 1. Whisk lemon juice, Tikka Spice Blend, oil and yoghurt. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Cover and leave to marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or for best results overnight. 2. Remove from the refrigerator and allow to return to room temperature for half an hour before cooking. 3. Pre-heat grill to medium, thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 4 minutes on each side. 4. Mix the left over marinade with the melted butter and brush chicken generously with the mixture. Grill for a further 3-4 minutes on each side or until chicken is charred and cooked through.
