Try our Smokehouse Pulled Chicken Loaded Fries recipe: coat 500g chicken thighs with mustard and the Rub (reserve 1 tsp), add 50ml water, 2 tbsp ketchup and 2 tbsp honey, then cook for 30–35 min until done, then shred chicken in the cooking juices, meanwhile cook 400g fries and toss them with 1 tsp of the rub, place in an ovenproof dish and top with the pulled chicken, 75g grated cheese, spring onions and chilli, cook in the oven for 5 min until melted.
