Schwartz Garlic & Lime Seasoning Rub is easy to use. Try our Mexican Prawn Tacos with Avocado Crema & Mango Salsa recipe: for the crema, blend 1 avocado, 75ml sour cream and 1 tsp of the Rub; for the salsa, mix 1 diced mango, ½ diced red bell pepper, ½ chopped onion, ¼ tsp crushed chillies, juice of 1 lime and 2 tbsp chopped coriander in a bowl, season and set aside; toss 500g peeled prawns with oil and the remaining Rub, cook on a BBQ or hot griddle until charred; then serve in warm tortillas with the crema, salsa and extra coriander.
