Chilli & basil stir-fry: A spicy and aromatic recipe mix with chilli, soy sauce and basil for a punchy Thai inspired stir fry.

Just add:
500g pork mince
200g green beans, trimmed and chopped
150ml water
Handful fresh basil leaves, torn

3 Easy cooking steps:
1. Fry the pork and beans in a wide pan or wok, over a medium-high heat, for 10-12 minutes or until browned.
2. Combine the seasoning with the water, add to the pan with the basil and simmer for a further minute.
3. Serve topped with a fried egg, jasmine rice and sliced cucumber.

Trying with soya mince or tofu for a tasty vegetarian alternative. Also delicious with minced chicken as we serve it at Rosa's. Adding 3-4 drops of fish sauce into the final dish brings out an even deeper Thai flavour.
