Just Add:
4 tbs peanut butter
5 tbs water
1 tbs oil
500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, sliced lengthways

3 Easy Cooking Steps:
1. Mix 2 tsp of the seasoning with the peanut butter and water, set aside to serve with the chicken.
2. Mix the remaining seasoning with the oil in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
3. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C or a pre-heated oven at 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7 for 10 - 12 minutes.

adding crushed roasted peanuts to the finished dish for added texture. Also delicious with pork, cut into strips, which is popular in Thailand. Small pieces of toasted white bread are a very traditional Thai accompaniment.
