Just Add:
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red onion, cut into wedges
4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
200ml boiling water
1 tbs tomato ketchup
2 tbs honey
75g mozzarella and/or Cheddar cheese, grate
3 Easy Cooking Steps:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
2. Place the peppers and onion into an ovenproof dish, top with the chicken and cook for 25 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
3. Mix the water and seasoning in a jug until smooth, stir in the ketchup and honey. Top the chicken with the cheese and pour the sauce around the dish. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve with PizzaExpress dough balls or garlic bread.
