Just add
- 300ml semi-skimmed milk
- 30g unsalted butter

Simple to prepare...
1. Stir the sauce mix with milk in a small saucepan.
2. Slowly bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Stir in the butter and simmer for a couple of minutes, until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
Great for steak or chicken.
Microwave (800W)... Microwave ovens may vary, use as a guide. Empty the sauce mix into a large microwavable bowl or jug. Stir in milk and heat on full power for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Ensure sauce is piping hot. Stir in butter to serve.
Try something different... Pan-fry 100g sliced chestnut mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Mix the sauce mix with the milk, pour over the mushrooms, stir and simmer until thickened. Stir in the butter and serve over cooked chicken pieces or steak.
