For delicious creamy baked cod, take 3-4 cod loins or fillets and wrap evenly in Parma ham. Place in an ovenproof dish and pour over the sauce. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes, until cod is cooked through.
