This Schwartz Air Fryer recipe mix helps you to make a chicken & chorizo dish at home in as little as 30 minutes with three easy steps:
1. Combine the chicken, potatoes, oil and Schwartz seasoning in a bowl.
2. Tip into air fryer and shake to spread out evenly. Cook at 200C for 20-25 minutes, shaking half-way.
3. Add the chorizo, bell pepper and tomatoes. Shake and cook for a further 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.

For the recipe you will need:
500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, diced
500g potatoes, diced - 1 tbsp olive oil
75g chorizo
1 bell pepper, diced
175g cherry tomatoes

Tips: Delicious served with salad. Also great with pork or lamb and sweet potatoes.

For dual basket air fryers. We recommend cooking this recipe in two baskets.

1 Mix
