Vinification Details

After harvest, grapes underwent 24h maceration to extract color and aromas, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts for 7-10 days below 28°C, with 2-3 daily pump-overs to enhance fruit and color. After fermentation, the wine was racked and aged in oak with varied toasts, resulting in an intensely fruity, well-structured wine
