Cooking Instructions - General. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Pierce the film at several places. Place tray on a microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for 3 minutes, peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Microwave on full power for a further 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Instructions are based on an 800W microwave oven. For lower wattage ovens, heating time should be increased.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5
