Remove sleeve, peel back film and add 1 tablespoon of water to the parsley rice. Heat on full power for 4 1/2 - 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute for tray to regain its rigidity. Stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas mark 5
Time: 20 mins
