This cuvée « Grande Sélection » is a tribute to the talent of Antonin Rodet who gave its fame and credentials to the Maison Rodet in the early 20th century. Vinification Details
The Chardonnay grapes are machine harvested at the end of August. Fermentation takes place at 18° for up to 10 days. Each plot is vinified separately so that we respect their true nature. After the fermentation process, the wine is aged for 4 months on fine lees.
