Appliances may vary.; Hob - From Chilled. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes turning regularly until piping hot.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place on a non-stick tray and cook for 13 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking, until piping hot.
