Cooking Instructions - General. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes. Remove film lid and cook for a further 3 minutes (900W) or 3 minutes 30 seconds (800W). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 45 mins
Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas mark 6 or Fan 180°C. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on a middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove film lid and cook for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. serving.
