Recipe Suggestion: Tandoori Chicken.
Skin an average size chicken and cut into 4-5 pieces. Make 2 or 3 deep cuts in each piece. Mix 1 generous tbsp of Rajah Tandoori Masala with 2 cups of natural yogurt. Soak the chicken pieces in the yogurt mixture overnight. Remove the chicken pieces from the mixture and drain the excess. Wrap the pieces in the tin foil and place in a pre-heated oven (190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5) and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the foil, drain and place under a high grill, turning the pieces until they become evenly browned.
