Oven cook - From Frozen. Serves 4
Remove outer carton and inner cardboard tray. Do not remove film & leave metal clips in place. Pierce the film around the roast at least 6 times with a sharp knife ensuring that the film is fully pierced. Preheat oven and a deep baking/roasting tray to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7, 55 min. Cook on middle shelf. Carefully remove from the oven and stand for 5 mins. Remove outer film and metal end clips, carve and serve. Caution: Product, film & clips will be hot. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.
