Heat on full power for 50 sec (800W). Leave to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray.
In a pre-heated fan assisted/gas oven: Heat for 15-18 minutes at 170°C/gas mark 5.
