Whole Packaging - Recycle

The 2024 harvest begins in late August with selective mechanical picking. Grapes are gently crushed and destemmed, followed by 8-12 days of maceration at 24-26 °C with daily pump-overs. Alcoholic fermentation (7-10 days) uses selected yeasts under 26 °C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel ensures softness and balance. Each step is crafted to preserve the fruit's character and produce an expressive, refined wine.
