Our Chianti Riserva is made with accuracy and retained for at least 2 years of ageing. The ageing gives the wine an intense and harmonious bouquet.

Uggiano was founded in the Montespertoli Castle in the 1970s, nestled in the rolling Tuscan hills. It later settled in San Vincenzo a Torri, nestled among churches, monasteries, and villas. It is here that Uggiano carefully produces its wines, distributed worldwide. Each bottle is an ambassador of Tuscan winemaking excellence.

The Sangiovese grapes are fermented for between 10 to 15 days at a temperature of 26 to 28 degrees centigrade. The wine is then matured in a combination of stainless steel and cement tanks.
