1 handful of raspberries, blueberries or sliced strawberries
1/2 cup fat-free yoghurt (plain or flavoured)
1/4 cup Grape-Nuts Cereal

Directions:
1. Spoon 1/2 of the yoghurt into the glass, followed by 1/2 the amount of Grape-Nuts & berries
2. Repeat the layer & your Power Compote is ready to serve
