Just Add:
1 Tbs oil
300g Chicken breast, sliced
1 Red onion, sliced
150g Mushrooms, sliced
300g Crème fraîche
275g Penne pasta, cooked according to pack directions

3 Easy cooking steps:
1. Heat oil, fry chicken and onion for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the seasoning and crème fraîche and gently bring to the boil.
3. Add cooked pasta and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
PizzaExpress Chef suggests... adding a little pasta water to thin the sauce if preferred. Also great as a bake; transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with grated cheese and finish in the oven for 10 mins, until cheese is golden.
