Mini Shepherds Pie
1 pot of Piccolo Organic Beef Bolognese Sauce
2 tbsp cooked mashed carrot
2 tbsp cooked mashed sweet potato

1 Spoon the bolognese sauce into a small oven proof ramekin.
Method
2 In a separate bowl, mix the cooked mashed carrot and sweet potato together, then spoon the mix on top of the bolognese in the ramekin and bake in the oven until warmed through.
3 Take care to check your mini shepherds pie isn't too hot before feeding to your little Piccolo.
