Remove foil, heat on full power for 2 mins 30 secs to 3 mins (800W). Allow to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas Mark 5.
Bake in foil, on a tray or rack on the middle shelf of the oven for 25 to 30 mins.
