Preparation And Usage
To make 8 fajitas, just add...
500g chicken fillet, thinly sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 peppers, thinly sliced
Crispy lettuce
8 Tortillas salsa for topping
Serves 3-4 amigos 15 mins
1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle chicken over high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Add onion, peppers and seasoning mix, and sizzle for a further 5 minutes.
2 Heat the tortillas according to instructions on pack.
3 Load tortillas with lettuce, charred chicken, onion, pepper and salsa.
