Easy chipotle tacos

8 Old El Paso™ Mini Tortillas
350g Chicken breast, diced
1 Small onion, sliced
Sour cream
1 Lettuce, shredded
1/2 Can sweetcorn
1. Combine 1.5 tbsp of cooking sauce with sour cream. Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, brown the onion and chicken over high heat for 5 mins or until thoroughly cooked. Add cooking sauce and reduce heat to low-medium. Cook for 2 mins or until sauce thickens.
3 Heat mini tortillas according to pack instructions.
4 Serve tortillas with chicken, corn and lettuce. Top with chipotle sour cream and enjoy!
