Serves 4 Amigos
20 Mins

Just add
500g chicken breast, chopped
1 red onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, chopped
Lime wedges

Classic Rice Meal
1 Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Sizzle and brown the chicken over high heat for 4 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Add the onion and peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoned rice.

2 Stir in the cooking sauce, seasoning mix & 330mL of water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy with lime.

Top Tip
Add a twist your rice by adding sliced chorizo to the chicken and brown together in the pan.
