Cooking Instructions - General. Heating instructions: (Directions are given from frozen); Microwave - From Frozen. Place the product on a microwave-safe plate and heat uncovered for 2-3 minutes per unit at maximum power level. Do not overcook. Let stand for 2-4 minutes before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Conventional oven (recommended method): Pre-Heat oven to 200°C (400°F) gas mark 7-8. Heat for 10-15 minutes, turning once.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Preheat oil to 175°C, fry gently for 3-5 minutes after thawing. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
