Not suitable for microwave cooking.; Grill - From Chilled. Cook under a preheated medium grill for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Add a tablespoon of oil a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
