Nytol Simply Sleep & Calm Elixir 100ml contains Valerian root extract, which has been used for decades to induce sleep and promote calm. A traditional herbal medicinal product for use in temporary relief of symptoms of mild anxiety and to aid sleep, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. As it's in liquid form, it is a good solution if you don't like taking tablets. The effects of this treatment may not occur immediately; therefore, this product should be taken continuously for 2-4 weeks.

Safety Warning Not recommended for children or those under 18 years old. Do not drive or operate machines if you feel sleepy. Alcohol may increase the effects of this product. Dosage:
For oral use:
Adults and the elderly:
For the symptomatic relief of mild anxiety:
Take two 5ml spoonfuls three times a day with water or a fruit juice if desired.
To aid sleep:
Take two 5ml spoonfuls 30 minutes before bedtime with an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.
Maximum daily dosage:
Four single doses (40mls).
Do not take more than the label tells you to.
